Montreal's Only Competitive Grade III Pipe Band

The Montreal Pipes and Drums (MPD) is pleased to announce the addition of Robert N. MacLeod, who will be taking on a leadership role as Pipe Major. Robert MacLeod joined Simon Fraser University Pipe Band (SFUPB) in 1982 and won four Grade I World Pipe Band Championships with SFUPB. He is replacing Jordon Anderson, the band’s founding Pipe Major.

Robert MacLeod is pleased to announce the addition of percussionist Mike Poxon to the position of Lead Drummer. Mike will bring the expertise and experience needed to complement the long-term goal of creating and sustaining a competitive pipe band in the Montreal region.

Montreal Pipes and Drums is currently recruiting talented players who wish to compete at the Grade III level. How would you like to :
